Ege University, Cesme Tourism and Hotel Management School started education in 1987 as a vocational high school with tourism and maritime departments. This year our school has graduated its 6th graduates. Since 2004 Cesme School of Tourism and Management has been a four year bachelor degree program. Our aim is not only to produce science but also to strengthen its ties with the environment, to produce joint projects with non-governmental organizations and to contribute to regional and national development.

 

 

 

Since our departments have been established, we have the highest level of preference among the schools in the same category. Our qualified student profile is also characterized by sports competitions and student clubs.

 

 

 

Ege University, has been a pioneer in its field with the School of Tourism and Hotel Management in Çeşme. Unlike the other institutions, in same field, that has "Tourism and Hotel Management"  in a single branch, Çeşme School of Tourism and Management started its education with “Travel Agency” “Food and Beverage Management” and then “Tourist Guidance” departments. In 2016 we offered our master's program “Recreation and Tourism Guidance”. This program offers graduates the opportunity to become a “tourist guide" un regardless of their bachelor branch.

 

 

 

 

I would like to remind the students who will choose the tourism business as a profession, not to forget that this is a part of the services sector, and that the prerequisite for doing the job well is to do it well by yourself. In other words, "Hotel Manager" which is the last point in its line of business, does not start with school graduation, it is completed as a result of working hard in touristic enterprises starting from the lowest level.
