DEPARTMENTS

History

It began its educational activities in 1987 on the Ege University campus as the Çeşme Vocational School. Located at the İzmir-Çeşme campus since 1998, our Faculty provided 4-year undergraduate education as the "Çeşme School of Tourism and Hotel Management" between the 2005-2006 and 2019-2020 academic years, featuring the departments of "Accommodation Management, Travel Management, Tourism Animation, and Tourist Guiding". Through Presidential Decree No. 1157 dated June 24, 2019, the Çeşme School of Tourism and Hotel Management was closed, and the establishment of the Ege University Çeşme Faculty of Tourism was enacted.

Employment Opportunities

Graduates can work as management candidates in accommodation enterprises within departments such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, marketing, and public relations. They can also take on roles involving tour production, operations, marketing, sales, and meeting or congress organization.

Graduation Requirements

All courses, attendance requirements, applied courses, and the compulsory internship must be successfully completed.
